Passionate about leveraging data analytics to elevate HR management systems? As an HR Technology Program Manager at Spectrum, you will support the HR Technology team in delivering impactful reporting solutions, dashboards, and data products. This role will focus on automating recurring reporting tasks and enabling self‑service solutions that reduce ad hoc data requests. Your technical acumen and ability to communicate across HR and business teams will drive effective collaboration and enhance HR Technology operations, ensuring your work makes a measurable difference.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Serve as the primary liaison between HR Line of Business customers and the corporate HR Technology Center of Excellence, managing the complex business challenges addressed by technology
Collaborate with the HR Technology team to design, build, test, and optimize HR data products, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business decision‑making
Focus on automation of recurring reporting tasks and development of self‑service solutions that reduce ad hoc data requests
Analyze and interpret HR data, providing insights and recommendations that improve system functionality, reporting accuracy, and user adoption
Leverage advanced FAIDP features, including the Analytics AI Assistant and AI Data Agents, to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
Influence and communicate effectively across technical teams and HR stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of data, dashboard, and reporting needs
Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications for application development, modification, configuration, and reporting solutions
Conduct workflow analyses, evaluate necessary system changes for HR functions, and design and implement plans to ensure robust solutions are delivered timely and on schedule
Lead dashboard and reporting design efforts with a focus on a consistent, simple, and intuitive user experience
Execute testing and quality assurance activities for reporting and analytics deliverables to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of solutions
Follow SDLC, HR Technology change control practices, SOX policies, and audit procedures to maintain compliance and integrity

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with enterprise‑wide HR systems
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
Experience

Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Human Resources Operations across multiple functions
Demonstrated skill in planning, problem‑solving, and assessing cross‑functional impacts, including identifying critical steps, activities, and upstream/downstream effects
Experience developing, verifying, and documenting business and functional requirements, applying configuration changes, and conducting workflow analyses
Experience managing multiple, multi‑stage technical projects and programs end‑to‑end
Experience in testing and quality assurance of reporting and analytics deliverables
Experience with dashboard and reporting design, including delivering a consistent, simple, and user‑friendly experience
Demonstrated ability to execute testing deliverables and certify integrity of automated solutions and programs
Strong interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills for communicating complex information at all organizational levels
Technical acumen to communicate and influence across HR and technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Monday work management platform (or similar)
Experience/familiarity with Oracle HCM and FAIDP (Formerly FDI/FAW)
Experience/familiarity with iCIMS or other ATS platforms
