This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cyber Security Analyst, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and managing application and network security, analyzing and addressing potential cyber threats, conducting malware analysis, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on new security protocols and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a secure IT environment. Qualifications
Proficiency in Application Security and Network Security protocols Experience in Cybersecurity practices and Malware Analysis techniques Strong Analytical Skills to assess potential threats and vulnerabilities Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methods for securing IT environments Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH are a plus Knowledge of current trends and threats in the cybersecurity landscape
