This role involves setting and achieving sales goals, developing a client portfolio, and maintaining motivation in a commission-based work environment.
Qualifications
Sales, lead generation, and relationship-building skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer service skills and the ability to understand client needs
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Strong organizational skills and business acumen
Proficiency in using technology for virtual sales presentations and communications
Previous experience in sales or insurance is beneficial but not required
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with the ability to manage your own schedule
