Responsibilities
Answer incoming support requests via telephone or email.
Perform call backs for support requests.
Provide timely, efficient, and effective resolutions to end‑user issues, in accordance with end‑user SLA.
Help support and troubleshoot conference room connectivity issues, including but not limited to AV issues.
Practice good ticket hygiene and provide timely responses.
Find and look for areas of opportunity to automate and script solutions where possible.
Coordinate with other departments when necessary to solve end‑user issues.
Involve other team members to establish best practices/decisions.
May be required to work overtime.
May be required to assist other departments in information gathering and/or job functions.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
Familiar with ticketing tools is a plus (Zendesk, Freshservice).
General knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
Understanding of endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, M365 applications).
Knowledge of internet usage and remote access applications.
Skills
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Self‑starter; ability to work autonomously with little support.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask, sense of urgency, maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to be proactive and able to take direction and establish ownership of projects.
Education
Associate degree in computer technology preferred.
Schedule / In-Office Requirements
Hybrid working model; Monday‑Wednesday in office, Thursday‑Friday from home.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zone.
