About
The Sr. Wireless Network Engineer will collaborate with, manage, and train engineers. Projects will include migrating APs and other critical infrastructure locally and regionally, as well as other critical initiatives as assigned. This position will be customer-facing and must be able to work with property personnel and executive leadership under minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience as a Sr. Network Engineer
5+ years of experience managing engineers
5+ years of experience managing Cisco wireless networks
Experience with Cisco 9800 wireless (catalyst series cloud portfolio)
Experience with Cisco AireOS (lightweight access points)
Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (AI powered command and control system)
Experience with Ekahau (heatmapping)
Must be well versed in RF microwave technologies
Sr. level experience with routing and switching
Must be able to handle level 3 and 4 support requests as needed
Experience managing projects, including migrating APs and other critical infrastructure
Minimal supervision
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Cisco Firepower (Cisco Secure Firewall)
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
Experience with Cisco SDA networks (campus networking fabric)
Experience with PTP routing
