Develop and maintain schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases
Monitor progress, performance, and productivity; produce regular reports
Conduct milestone forecasting, delay analysis, and float/path assessments
Maintain progress databases and support Earned Value Management
Audit site progress and lead/attend planning and scheduling meetings
Liaise with clients, project teams, and subcontractors
Prepare tender schedules, histograms, and resource/cost-loaded programmes
Support weekly workface planning and provide data for payment applications
Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions
Record delays/disruptions and support claims and contractual processes
Ensure accuracy and quality of all planning outputs
Travel to project sites as required
Support, mentor, and lead team members where needed
Provide cover for Planning Manager/Project Planner roles when required
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management xcfaprz (or similar)
5–10 years’ experience in a Project/Senior Planner role on large-scale industrial projects
Strong track record delivering complex project schedules
Data centre experience beneficial but not essential
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and planning tools
Strong organisational and communication skills
