Responsible for the assigned client portfolio which will consist of CLO companies in multiple jurisdictions, and ensuring all of the regulatory obligations are met and filed on a timely manner;
Processing day-to-day accounting transactions, reconciling bank and broker positions, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and annual financial statements under Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS, audit liaison and client relationship management, with supervision of an AVP or VP;
Responsible for ensuring any tax filings, regulatory and ad-hoc reporting is completed in accordance with regulatory and deal requirements;
Ongoing liaison with the company's auditors, tax advisers, investment manager and collateral administrator to assist with annual audits, tax and other xcfaprz regulatory returns;
Additionally, the person will be required to deliver high level of client service, while ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures. In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:
