Conduct audits on coding RCM workflows to ensure compliance with policies and procedures Collaborate with the Education & Development department to create and implement training programs based on quality issues Provide feedback and assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives through audit analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent National Coding Certification (AHIMA, AAPC) Minimum of five years' experience in physician coding, particularly in Anesthesia/Pain Management Experience in Revenue Cycle and Claim processing Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
