Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and customer service for genomics products Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and internal databases Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and assist with custom design requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in an industry or academic research environment Previous experience in a customer-facing role Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong technical knowledge relevant to the role
