Own core GTM planning frameworks, including capacity, quota, territory, and coverage Lead annual and in-year planning cycles, including AOP development and scenario analysis Design and maintain capacity and headcount models, and support planning transitions between fiscal periods
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in GTM planning, sales operations, or related roles in a SaaS or subscription business Deep experience with capacity modeling, quota setting, and territory design Strong analytical and modeling skills to translate ambiguity into structured insights Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority Advanced proficiency in Excel, Anaplan, and SFDC, with comfort in BI tools
