Deliver timely support to vendors and carriers by managing inquiries and resolving shipment issues Oversee vendor onboarding and system access, including user setup and maintaining location data Collaborate with transportation planning teams to address carrier performance and ensure on-time shipments
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, merchandising/planning, or distribution required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Experience with ServiceNow preferred Experience with NICE (formerly CXone) preferred
