Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering or QA teams Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
