Provide break/fix support for customer services across the international network Own and resolve incidents swiftly, coordinating with customers and teams Conduct proactive problem management to ensure service stability and operational quality
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or Managed Services environment General knowledge of Telecom/SP/MSP industry standards and products Understanding of SD-WAN technologies and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.) Experience with network security technologies and protocols Good knowledge of Linux/Unix based tools and Cisco/Juniper systems
