Administer and support incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate calculations and timely implementation Build relationships with stakeholders to align and effectively implement incentive programs Analyze performance data to evaluate and recommend improvements to incentive compensation plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of direct experience without a degree Firm grasp of sales incentives administrative processes and incentive plan design Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information
