Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Zendesk administration experience Experience integrating Zendesk with third-party tools and working with APIs Familiarity with support operations and the ability to anticipate workflow impacts Experience building reports and dashboards in Zendesk Explore or similar BI tools Organized and documentation-minded with a focus on system continuity
