Required Qualifications
3+ years of engineering leadership or technical management experience 6+ years of software engineering experience across mobile, web, or backend systems Proven success in leading cross-functional teams delivering consumer-facing digital experiences Deep expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform, Compose Multiplatform, React/TypeScript, or Java/Spring Boot Experience managing in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iteration and continuous improvement
