Quality Freight Services Ltd is a long‑established, family‑run logistics company with a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and customer service. We are looking for an experienced *Software Developer* with proven expertise in *Microsoft Dynamics* and *Business Central* to join our growing business. Whilst this role is advertised from our head office in BD18, we will consider applications nationwide with a willingness to travel for regular meetings around our various sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and modernise our internal systems, build new digital tools, and support the continued growth of the business.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop, customise, and maintain solutions within *Microsoft Dynamics 365* and *Business Central*
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions
* Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
* Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long‑term fixes
* Develop internal applications, dashboards, and automation tools
* Maintain clear documentation for code, configurations, and processes
* Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to deliver system improvements
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems
*Skills & Experience*
*Essential:*
* Strong experience with *Microsoft Dynamics* and *Business Central*
* Understanding of ERP workflows and financial/operational processes
*Desirable:*
* Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments
* Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, or reporting solutions

Pay: £26,706.69-£40,000.00 per year
