Offering £43,000£52,000 basic salary plus bonus and private healthcare, this is a career-defining opportunity to impact real-world products seen and used by millions.
Scope of the Role
As an Industrial Designer, you'll take ownership from concept through to manufacture, designing high-quality consumer products, not digital platforms.
- Generate and explore new product ideas across sports, gaming, and technology categories.
- Take ownership of early-stage concept development, validation, and refinement.
- Use research, sketching, and prototyping to challenge assumptions and test ideas.
- Translate promising concepts into manufacturable solutions alongside engineers and suppliers.

- Collaborate daily with the UK-based team and international colleagues in China.
- Champion design culture within the business, bringing energy and ambition into every project.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Degree-qualified in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven in-house experience designing physical consumer products.
- Strong ability to generate, explore, and validate concepts (not just styling).
- Experience delivering products through to mass manufacture; confident with DFM (injection moulding, CMF, small precision parts, assembly).
- Strong sketching, ideation, CAD (NX preferred), and visualisation (KeyShot, Adobe CC).
- Hands-on with physical prototyping, rapid iteration, and testing.
- Comfortable working full-time on site in Harlow, Essex, with UK travel as needed.
- Energetic, ambitious, proactive; not afraid to take ownership or challenge ideas.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary £43,000£52,000
- Private medical insurance
- Company-wide bonus scheme
- Access to in-house rapid prototyping facilities
- Core office hours with some flexibility
- Opportunities to travel internationally for manufacturing collaboration
- A collaborative, fast-paced environment where your designs move from sketch
to market quickly.
You'll be joining a global leader in precision design and manufacturing. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and passionate about building award-winning consumer products that combine creativity with engineered performance. With strong investment in R&D, new technologies, and world-class facilities, it's an exciting time to help shape the future of physical product innovation.
