Quantity Surveyor
to join their team on a high-value project based in
Cork . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company delivering complex commercial and technical projects.
Role & Duties:
Managing all commercial and cost aspects of the project from start through to completion.
Preparing and monitoring project budgets and cost reports.
Overseeing contractual and legal elements, ensuring compliance throughout.
Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records.
Producing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
Attending project handover and regular commercial review meetings.
Monitoring cash flow and ensuring timely payments and collections.
Identifying potential risks and assisting with mitigation strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team.
Requirements:
Relevant third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and procurement processes.
Experience in preparing and analysing commercial reports. xcfaprz
Good understanding of contract forms and construction law.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary circa €75k–€85k+ (depending on experience)
