Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles in Ireland, with a strong focus on software talent acquisition Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and salary benchmarks Provide salary recommendations and negotiate offers with candidates Assess candidate qualifications including experience, education, skills, and overall fit Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using social media, networks, career fairs, and agencies Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability before manager review Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) Deliver a positive candidate experience while building strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborating xcfaprz across teams Requirements: Qualified to a Bachelors level 8 degree in a relevant field 4 years recruitment experience with a focus on tech/software Experience with Workday Recruit desirable Ability to work in a team environment and can also work using your own initiative Skills: Recruiting Talent Acquisition Tech Recruiter Galway
