Sanveo Inc. is a boutique construction technology consulting firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, working towards ushering in the age of robotics in construction. This is a contractor position with an opportunity for full-time for exceptional performers.
Business Operations Specialist
This individual will prep project documents for invoicing, and work on collections via follow-ups to client companies. This is an excellent early-stage role for someone with 1 - 2 years of experience in business or financial operations.
Duties include:
Processing contracts and purchase orders to get relevant details necessary for invoicing.
Matching timesheets and schedules of values to the right projects.
Cross-checking information for handing off to the accounts receivables group.
Creating internal project launch sheet and tracking contracts and change orders.
Provide additional support to team members as requested.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Fluent in Microsoft Sharepoint.
Moderately proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Commercial mindset.
Detail oriented. Organized.
Experience with the construction industry is preferred.
EDUCATION
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or business school, or four years related experience and/or training.
