Our MVP is in development, and we're assembling a global founding team. Now we're looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to establish the core security and infrastructure of Obinex from day one.
What will you do?
We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Designer & Strategist
to shape and execute Obinex's creative vision, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive Web3 and fintech landscape. This role blends hands-on design execution with strategic marketing thinking. You will help drive user acquisition, community engagement, and fundraising success through compelling campaigns and a cohesive brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Obinex's brand identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design visually compelling marketing assets for campaigns (social media, landing pages, ads, motion graphics, investor decks).
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, community building, and fundraising.
- Partner with Growth team to design campaigns focused on user acquisition and retention, especially in LatAm, Africa, and the UAE.
- Craft clear, engaging narratives that simplify crypto and highlight Obinex's unique differentiators.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and market-ready.
- Support fundraising activities by designing professional investor-facing materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, infographics).
- Track and analyze campaign performance; optimize designs and strategies for higher engagement and conversions.
- Adapt campaigns to local markets, ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance in targeted regions.
- Explore and apply new marketing and design trends from Web3 and fintech to keep Obinex ahead of competitors.
What will you bring?
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer, Brand Designer, or similar role in fintech, Web3, or startup environments.
- 8+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer/Brand Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital campaigns, branding, and user acquisition initiatives.
- Proficiency in design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, motion graphics tools).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, growth strategies, and user acquisition funnels.
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 industry trends, terminology, and user behavior.
- Experience working with multi-channel campaigns (social, paid ads, community-driven marketing).
- Ability to translate complex fintech/crypto concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing narratives.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with product, compliance, and growth teams.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing campaign performance and iterating based on insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Arabic are a plus).
