We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Monitor to oversee activities and ensure a safe and positive environment for participants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences for all our our guests. This role involves facilitating activities, managing conflicts, and providing guidance to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor participants during trampoline and other activities.
• Facilitate games and ensure adherence to rules and safety protocols.
• Manage conflicts among participants effectively, promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and staff regarding rules and expectations.
• Provide support and encouragement to children, help them feel like a hero.
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring equipment and facilities.

Skills

• Positive attitude, and excitement to provide next level guest service.
• Conflict management skills to handle disputes calmly and effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
