In close cooperation with our partner, a confidential company in the music and sound industry, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Founding CTO (m/f/d) in Zurich (CH). Together with the CEO you will be in charge of the foundation and design of a one-of-its-kind tech start-up that develops innovative IT solutions that establish trust and reliability in media in the age of AI.

• As part of the founding team, you will develop and execute the future IT strategy and design the underlying IT roadmap including an innovative product vision in close coordination with the CEO
• You will be responsible for building and leading a talented tech team and expanding the team up to 10 employees, including the development of appropriate team structures and culture
• You will drive the development of innovative robust customer-centric IT solutions together with your team of experts
• You will play a key role in fundraising activities including sourcing and pitching investors the new innovative solutions and building long-term and trusting relationships with them
• You have a holistic view of the purpose, business strategy and technology of the company and are committed to the successful contribution of your team to it

• You have advanced hands-on experience in AI or machine learning preferably with the delivery of end-to-end data solutions
• You have experience in the creation and realization of digital products from the early idea stage throughout prototyping to implementation
• You have extensive experience in building start-ups or alike set-ups and therefore have strong skills in managing and building distributed, English-speaking teams
• You have the ability to communicate target group-oriented and are interested in working with investors to secure funding
• You are able and willing to work in a fast-moving environment with a high level of complexity
