Lake Hills Pharmacy is an *NABP-accredited, 503A independent compounding pharmacy* rooted in the Texas Hill Country (Bee Cave area) — serving patients, families, and care providers across the greater Austin area and beyond. We are currently licensed in 37 states and counting. We specialize in personalized compounding (sterile & non-sterile), retail pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy services, and wellness programs.

*The Role*
We are looking for a *collaborative, detail-oriented Part-Time Pharmacist* to join our team. _20-30 hours per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month will be required. _
*What You'll Do*
* Oversee daily pharmacy operations, processes, and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (state, federal, USP) and internal quality assurance protocols.
* Work collaboratively alongside pharmacy technicians and support staff, providing pharmacist-level oversight as required by your professional licensure.
* Assist with the implementation of new pharmacy technology and initiatives.
* Provide exceptional patient consultations and customer service — in store, by phone, and online.
* Collaborate with clinical and compounding teams to deliver personalized patient care.
*Required Qualifications *
* Active Texas Pharmacist License in *good standing*
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent
* Vaccination Certification or willingness to obtain it
* Collaborative team player with a positive, patient-first attitude
* Strong attention to detail and exemplary work ethic
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
*Preferred Qualifications *
* 2+ years of pharmacy experience
* Doctorate (PharmD)
* Compounding medication experience
*Other Job Details + Physical Demands*
* Near constant standing required
* 20-30 hours per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month will be required.
* Ability to use a computer and work with medications
* Part time schedule
* Criminal background check will be conducted post offer
* In person role. Location - 12005 Bee Caves Road, Austin, TX.
