Working Student AI-powered Process Optimization in Product Management (m/f/d)

- Demonstrate interest in the field of product management
- Conduct internal surveys from product management departments to identify potential areas where AI can enhance internal processes
- Assist in generating a large-scale raw database by extracting internal (and external) information from PDFs, PPTs, Word documents, etc.
- Help analyze and curate raw data sources by establishing pipelines for data processing and evaluation
- Utilize existing R&S AI tools to improve basic RAG systems or implement more advanced RAG/Agentic-RAG systems to support the team
- Contribute to optimizing overall performance for target applications
- Support the integration of the AI system into our web/cloud applications
- Engage in the development and implementation of a proof of concept (PoC) to validate innovative ideas and approaches

- Currently pursuing academic studies in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Understanding of deep learning architectures and concepts in NLP
- Experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, MLFlow, Dagster (or similar), and LiteLLM
- Practical experience with chunking strategies, RAGs, Agentic-RAG, and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
