About

The New World Trading Company are recruiting an IT Manager!
What will you do?
As IT Manager, you’ll take ownership of the company’s entire IT landscape - from infrastructure and networking to cyber security and compliance. This is a leadership role where you’ll set the direction, make the key decisions, and ensure everything runs securely, smoothly, and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), holding them accountable for performance, incident management, and out-of-hours support, while making sure everything aligns with our wider IT strategy.
You’ll also lead on cyber security and PCI DSS compliance, overseeing security scanning, risk management, and remediation. Alongside this, you’ll manage key technology vendors, support multi-site operations, and play a key role in new site openings from planning through to launch.
This role isn’t just strategy - you’ll be guiding the Helpdesk function, developing your team, improving processes, and making sure support across the business is fast, effective, and scalable.
Why join us?
Salary starting from £60,000 (depending on experience)
Head office based in Warrington (3 days per week in office, 2 days home or site based)
Work with a growing, ambitious hospitality business
Autonomy to shape IT strategy and make a real impact
Opportunity to lead on cyber security, compliance, and infrastructure at scale
What are we looking for?
Strong experience across IT infrastructure, networking, and cyber security
Experience managing MSPs and third-party vendors
Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure/Entra)
Understanding of PCI DSS and security compliance
Experience in multi-site environments (hospitality or retail preferred)
A confident leader who can balance strategy with hands-on oversight
Ideally based in the North West, with regular access to our Warrington Head Office and direct reports
If you’re ready to take ownership, drive improvements, and play a key role in a fast-moving business, we want to hear from you.
If our brand matches yours, apply below. You’ll love it here.
