Windward Management Limited is launching a Graduate Management Programme that will commence in September 2026. The successful applicants will be placed in a Graduate Manager role in one of our managed hotels across Ireland.

About the RoleThe programme is an 18‑month rotational programme designed to equip graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to become future leaders in the hospitality industry. Graduates will rotate through six 3‑month rotations across different departments:
- Front Office
- Reservations & Revenue Management
- Food & Beverage
- Housekeeping
- Support Functions (Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing)
- Operations Management
In addition to day‑to‑day experience, Graduate Managers will undertake additional qualifications including Management Training Level 5, Train the Trainer, and more. xcfaprz Each graduate will receive mentorship and be assessed against a curriculum of learning objectives.
Requirements- 3rd level degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management or related field
- Willingness to relocate to any hotel location across Ireland
- Passionate about hotels and the hospitality industry
