We are seeking a skilled QA Lead / Test Engineer with strong Healthcare domain knowledge to ensure the quality, reliability, safety, and compliance of AI‑driven and agentic healthcare solutions. The role covers testing across AI models, data pipelines, integrations, and end‑to‑end healthcare workflows. Responsibilities
Define and own the QA and test strategy for healthcare AI solutions. Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management. Establish QA best practices, standards, and quality metrics. Mentor and guide QA engineers and test analysts. Collaborate with Product, AI, Engineering, and Compliance teams. Validate end‑to‑end healthcare workflows including clinical, administrative, and operational processes. Test integrations with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare platforms. Ensure accuracy of business rules and decision logic. Test AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM‑based assistant solutions. Validate agentic and multi‑agent workflows. Test prompt behavior, guardrails, and explainability. Support Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) validation. Perform data validation and data quality testing. Validate model inputs, outputs, and inference services. Support bias, fairness, and drift validation. Design and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, and AI services. Execute regression, integration, and smoke test suites. Perform performance, scalability, and reliability testing. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR (where applicable), and healthcare standards. Validate data privacy, access controls, and audit logging. Support regulatory and audit readiness. Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Software QA / Testing with leadership responsibilities. Experience testing healthcare applications and platforms. Hands‑on experience testing AI/ML or data‑driven systems. Strong knowledge of API, data, and automation testing. Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions. Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare coding standards. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ISTQB or equivalent QA certification. Soft Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and risk awareness. Ability to balance speed, quality, and compliance. Why Join Us
