Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Claims Management

The team focuses on four key product areas:
Document processing – 2 M documents received annually, with automated parsing using LLMs and continued improvement.
Claims experience – building a memorable, straightforward experience for members to understand guarantees and receive refunds across mobile and desktop platforms in four countries.
Payments – creating a payment infrastructure and source ingestion system to ensure fast member refunds without requiring member cash advances.
Fraud fighting – protecting €4 M in 2024 with an internal stack combining machine‑learning scoring, anomaly detection, and manual investigations.
Qualifications We look for engineers with 3+ years of experience who thrive on building complex systems that operate flawlessly 24/7 in a high‑growth environment.
Passion for delightful products
– you understand how to build exceptional user experiences at scale.
Good experience shipping web applications.
Genuine interest in the business side – understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers.

Familiar with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, proficiency in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).

English working proficiency.
Location Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain is required. Remote work flexibility is offered, but in‑person collaboration is valued.
