Overview Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Responsibilities
Write Java code to build the Operating Fact Manager software program, used to track metadata of Citi's risk and franchise critical applications.
Remediate regulatory concerns with consent order deliverables.
Assist in designing architecture of various software solutions, including secure networking solutions, fault tolerant database storage, and high availability microservices.
Plan deployments and automate applications monitoring.
Review code written by junior developers, diagnose root cause of defects found in software, and implement code patches to fix them.
Engage with the business to gather and analyze requirements.
Mentor junior developers and train the team on use of modern artificial intelligence toolsets.
Telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, or related field, and 6 years of progressive experience in software development, deployment, and monitoring.
At least six (6) years of experience must include Java programming.
At least three (3) years of experience must include Angular programming; Oracle database engineering; IntelliJ IDE; Gradle; Maven; and Spring framework.
