Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of hardware engineers to ensure effective project delivery Planning, overseeing, and tracking hardware development activities Ensuring compliance with industry standards and defence sector requirements Providing technical guidance and support to team members Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Contributing to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensuring all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time Supporting the team in achieving successful hardware integration and testing
Job Requirements:
Significant experience as a hardware engineer within the defence or security industry Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth understanding of hardware design and development processes Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for defence projects Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal BPSS an...
