Practice Overview

• Multi-site model with variety, no same-day site splitting
• 2 MAs standard, 3rd MA added at higher volumes
• In-house dermpath and established Mohs referral network
• Physician leadership with strong support for new and experienced providers
• EMA EMR across all locations

Compensation and Benefits

• Year 1 income guarantee around 350,000, negotiable based on volume and schedule
• Transition to production model with 40 percent of collections, increasing to 45 percent
• No overhead deducted from physician compensation
• Signing bonus negotiable
• 4 weeks PTO and 5,000 CME allowance
• 401k and deferred compensation options available

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist
• Comfortable building to 35 plus patients per day
• Open to both experienced physicians and strong upcoming graduates
