Rivia specializes in AI-Driven Analytics and Data Infrastructure for Successful Biopharma Clinical Trials. Biopharmas are the origin of most new therapies, yet often face inefficiencies and failures in clinical trials due to fragmented data and outdated tools. Our technology offers a real-time, integrated view of data to improve the evaluation of new treatments and trial conduct. Our vision is to become the unified data infrastructure that transforms clinical development lifecycles, bringing new therapies to market more successfully.

In 2 years, we've successfully launched Rivia to multiple Biotechs and are scaling to reach many more. We are seeking a relentless, high-performing Senior Engineer to join our team and take an active role in our growing startup. For ambitious engineers, there is an opportunity to grow into a technical lead role as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and deployment of key projects across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, cloud services, and machine learning
• Provide technical leadership to help us design and build a scalable architecture capable of supporting our growth to a multi-million dollar business
• Level up your teammates by providing mentorship and guidance
• Coordinate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure technical developments align with customer needs and business objectives
• Address and resolve system performance and scalability challenges to maintain and improve the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure

• Meet and greet: Start with a 30-minute discussion with Tiago, our CTO, to introduce you to Rivia and discuss the role in detail
• High level technical session: 60-minute, code-free interview to delve into high-level technical concepts and your problem-solving approaches
• Get to know you: 30-minute conversation with Erik, our CEO, to align on vision, values, and your potential impact at Rivia
• Meet the team:Join us at our Zürich office for a visit that includes a team lunch and an in-depth interview to explore our mutual fit
