Job Summary
We are seeking a Patien t Service Representative (PSR) to join our team. Under the general supervision of the Operation Manager, the PSR will be responsible for scheduling, greeting patients, activating patient files, and for providing support to clients and contractors. The PSR is responsible to complete referrals (by phone and in person, intake, collection of co-pay or payments for services at each visit and records payments. The PSR will also support clients/ office relations including serving as front desk receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Checking patients in and out when they arrive for medical appointments
- Answering the phone to address patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Help in navigating company EHR to render smooth services
- Documenting insurance information, personal information,
