Role Summary
The Medicare CSA provides accurate, timely, and client-focused administrative support to the Insurance Pros Medicare team. This role is responsible for completing enrollments, managing client accounts, processing renewals, and ensuring every clients Insurance Pros experience is seamless, accurate, and handled with care from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Medicare Enrollment Processing
Process Medicare enrollment applications accurately and within carrier-required timelines
Verify all enrollment data for accuracy and confirm enrollment timely
