This is a *production system*, not a prototype, already supporting code analysis, dependency graphs, process maps, and a migration planning agent. We’re now scaling into a full *agentic platform*.
*What You’ll Do*
* Design and build *multi-agent systems* (LangGraph) orchestrating graph, vector, and relational tools
* Own *RAG architecture* (pgvector + full-text + reranking) and retrieval quality
* Develop *LLM pipelines* for code analysis, data model comparison, and cross-file reasoning
* Lead *prompt engineering + evaluation systems* (LLM-as-judge, regression testing)
* Integrate *Neo4j graph intelligence* into AI workflows
* Shape core *AI architecture and patterns* across the platform
*What We’re Looking For*
* 5+ years in ML/AI engineering; 2+ years with *production LLM systems*
* Experience with *LangChain/LangGraph or agent frameworks*
* Strong understanding of *RAG systems and retrieval tuning*
* Advanced *Python (FastAPI, async)*
* Proven *prompt engineering + evaluation* experience
* Hands-on with OpenAI APIs (chat, embeddings, scaling)
*Bonus:* Neo4j, Azure OpenAI, pgvector, CRM systems, reranking models
*Stack: *Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, Neo4j, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Azure OpenAI, React, AKS
