Role Description This is a full‑time, remote or hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves active communication with potential and existing clients, preparing quotes, collaborating with internal teams, and providing high‑quality customer service to meet client needs. Starting salary is $68,000 - $80,000.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to proactively engage and convert potential clients
Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication
Proficiency in Account Management and relationship‑building with clients to support long‑term partnerships
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
