Base:
$52,000/year On Target Earnings:
$60,000 - $80,000/year Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers and help them find the right flooring and tile solutions for their needs. Follow up with new and existing clients to maximize opportunities. Create proposals and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience. Stay organized, track your progress, and consistently meet sales goals. Represent Carpet City with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
Strong sales background (retail, outside sales, home improvement, or similar). A results-driven mindset—you love setting goals and surpassing them. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Comfortable using software programs and staying on top of details. Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
