Manage day-to-day incidents and intake requests related to IAM and SSO platforms Implement improvements in certificate management, logging, monitoring, and dashboard capabilities Collaborate with teams to enhance MFA setups, automate processes, and streamline federated trust
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of hands-on experience in systems administration Familiarity with Ping Identity Software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) Experience with Oracle Authorization (OIM, OAG) and Entra is a plus Knowledge of user experience issues related to AD, networking, and DevOps Experience in automating test scripts and improving user self-service capabilities
