Design and implement diffusion models for predicting biomolecular structure tokens Develop structure tokenizers and maintain data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets Collaborate with teams to integrate models into drug discovery workflows and mentor junior members
Qualifications
PhD in machine learning, computer science, computational chemistry, physics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience Strong Python and PyTorch skills for deep learning model implementation Experience in 3D atomistic modeling, vector quantization, or generative modeling Familiarity with modern ML infrastructure such as Docker and Kubernetes For RS II and Senior levels, industry experience in applying ML methods to drug discovery is expected
