The Regional Solutions Architect role at Marsh offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technology leadership within the Specialty business,operatingin the complex and high-value London Market insurance environment. You will be a key player in transforming how technology is designed, delivered, and experienced, moving from traditional project delivery to an outcome-driven, product-led approach. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create innovative, practical solutions thatleverageAI and adhere to both global standards and UK-specific market requirements. Your architectural decisions will have a direct impact on the success of major initiatives, shaping the future of Marsh's technology landscape. To be successful in this role, you need to come from the insurance industry, bringing deep domain knowledge that informs your architectural decisions. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the success of major initiatives, shaping the future of Marsh's technology landscape. We will count on you to: Act as the UK design authority for Marsh Risk Technology, providing sign-off on all significant initiatives before build.
Own the technical approach for every major programme across the Specialty value stream andprovidearchitecture guidance across the wider UK portfolio.
