About
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate *Physical Therapist* to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized rehabilitation services to help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This role plays a vital part in enhancing our residents’ quality of life through tailored therapy plans and hands-on care.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate residents' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nursing and occupational therapy.
* Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Educate residents and families on exercises and mobility strategies.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
* Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
* Strong communication and clinical skills.
* Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41.00 - $52.00 per hour
