Experience in operational reporting and financial models for Sales or Customer Service Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling Experience managing commission calculations or incentive compensation processes Understanding of operational and financial metrics such as conversion rates and CAC Experience managing and developing direct reports
