Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience building cloud-based web applications 2+ years managing engineers or equivalent leadership experience Experience leading in distributed teams with strong async communication and documentation habits Agile/Scrum experience, including improving team processes Familiarity with technologies such as TypeScript, Python, Go, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
