As an Assistant Gym Manager, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing member experiences and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager, focusing on service and standards
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
• Leading and developing a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive work environment
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
• Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings

You will be instrumental in creating a fantastic workplace and workout environment for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.
