Direct the completion of technical design packages for customer projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract specifications Manage and mentor a team of project engineers, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews Implement established engineering processes and conduct design reviews to maintain quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering field 5-7+ years of experience in engineering design, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role Experience in delivering engineered design packages for construction or industrial projects Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary tasks and manage team priorities Solid understanding of engineering documentation, industry codes, and QA/QC procedures
