Own end-to-end analytics deliverables, including problem scoping, metric definition, and result presentation Develop and deliver complex analyses and contribute to predictive/prescriptive efforts Partner with product and engineering teams to translate needs into measurable questions and scalable outputs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably in healthcare analytics Advanced SQL proficiency and strong skills in Python/R for analysis and modeling Strong visualization skills in Tableau/Looker or equivalent Proven ability to work with large datasets and implement validation practices
