Monitor and manage network gear and SaaS services, including initial issue triage Perform network maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning Support critical network technologies including Cisco Meraki Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, routers, and VPNs
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and monitoring Familiarity with IT operations management software and ticketing systems Prior experience in remote support environments is beneficial Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties to ensure 24x7 network support
