Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including ad hoc reporting and statistical modeling Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products in partnership with IT
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analysis or related field with 4+ years of relevant analytics experience Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
